Vodafone als Generalunternehmer Ein entscheidendes Merkmal des DBH ist, dass Vodafone als Generalunternehmer agiert. Dies bedeutet, dass Kunden keine separaten Kooperationsanträge stellen müssen und die volle Verantwortung für den Kundenkontakt und Vertrieb beim Direktvertrieb von Vodafone liegt. Dieser Ansatz vereinfacht den Zugang zu den Dienstleistungen und erleichtert die Kommunikation zwischen den Unternehmen und den Dienstleitern erheblich. DBH-Subunternehmen-Status: Kriterien und Auswahl Um als Subunternehmen im DBH agieren zu können, müssen bestimmte Kriterien erfüllt werden. Ein wesentlicher Punkt dabei ist, dass das Subunternehmen keine Produkte von Vodafone selbst vertreibt. Stattdessen liegt der Fokus auf der Auswahl der besten Spezialisten und Lösungsanbieter auf dem Markt. Diese Dienstleister werden sorgfältig ausgewählt und ihre Leistungen werden sowohl datenschutzrechtlich als auch qualitativ geprüft, um höchste Standards zu gewährleisten. Leitungen und Abrechnung Der DBH bietet eine Vielzahl von Lösungen und Dienstleistungen, die für Unternehmen relevant sind. Dabei sind Total Contract Value (TCV) und Airtime entscheidende Faktoren.
